Standard shipping

• 14-21 working days for most countries and districts (24 hours to process the order and additional 14-21 working days for shipping). For remote districts it may take longer time.
• During peak seasons(like Mother’s Day, Christmas) shipping might need additional 3-4 working days to ship

If you hope to get a refund or replacement, we are very happy to provide under the following conditions:

• All our products have a 30-days warranty, so please apply the refund or returns within 30 days.
• Please provide the order number and reason for your return and refund.
• Only purchase on Einsteintoy.com could be refund or returned, if you buy from other website or our wholesaler, please contact the seller you purchase directly for the following services.
• We are not responsible for shipping charge of returns for personal reasons. Please consider carefully before applying the returned.
• Once we accept the refund, usually it might take 3-5 business days to your account
• If you want to change the address or cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours, it would be unable to change or cancel once the product has been sent.

Faulty product

• Video showing the issue of the product
